At Ashgrove Furnishings, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Items

  Carefully pack your furniture or decor in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, our logistics team will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time; for smaller decor, simply drop off the package at any authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
